Abstract

11,635. Pomeroy, A. May 16, 1908, [Convention date]. Skates.-The foot-plate 1 of a roller skate has a brace 3, 4 depending from it, and integral posts 6 surrounded by resilient material 12. An arm 16 articulates in the foot-plate at 10 and bears against the bottom of the resilient material. Lugs 17 on the arm carry the axles 20 of the wheels. The arm 16 is provided with a central oval perforation to engage the post 6, and is prevented from slipping off by a lock-nut 22.
