10,777. Achor, S. T. May 6. Cocoa preparations.-Chocolate in which the cocoa-butter is emulsified is prepared by mixing melted unsweetened chocolate first with sugar and then with milk, preferably condensed unsweetened milk, and then raising the temperature to liberate the starch.
