6636. Hill, C. F. March 19. Tobacco pipes and cigar and cigarette holders. - A tobacco-pipe bowl or a reversible cigar. or cigarette holder E, Fig. 3, is adapted to be fitted on a tube C, connected at an angle to the stem A. The bowl is provided with a short stem having a transverse hole d<2>, a stop d<1> being adapted to close the bore of the bowl and also to grip the tube C. The reversible carrier E of known type is provided with recesses e, e<1> for holding cigarettes and cigars respectively. The bore of the stem is closed at the bowl end by a plug a<1>, the withdrawal of which facilitates cleansing of the stem.
