19,350. Hirschberg, S. C. Sept. 15. Nail cutters.-Consists in the combination of two handles 10, 11, Fig. 1, and two cutters 16, which are assembled together on the same pivot 12. In use, the ends of the fingers 14 on the levers engage with the outer parts of the clippers 16, causing them to approach when the handles are compressed. The backwardly-extending tongues 20, Fig. 2, on the clippers, engaging with the internal surfaces 21, 22 of the levers, provide the spring release. A screwed hood 28 protects the ends of the handles when closed.
