The loop 5 is enlarged to give a spring effect to the limb 8, the end 10 of which normally engages a hole in the tube 2. In a modification, Fig. 4, the movement of the tube 2<a> is limited, and a bayonet-slot 18 is provided for the lateral release of the end 10<a> of the limb 8<a>.
