3513. Morton, T. Feb. 17. Clip fastenings.- A dress clip consists of a doublesided frame 6 having a doubled interior spring 7, provided with gripping-ends 16 and secured to the frame by an eyelet 8. Levers 10 having a short arm 14 and terminal piece 15 are mounted in the frame so that either or both may be turned into the position of the lower lever to cause the spring to grip the material. By this means, the clip may be used for materials of various thicknesses.
