Pencil-holders; penholders.-A finger-attachment to facilitate the correct holding of a pen or pencil consists of a piece of wire A, bent to form a loop B to fit over the index finger, and having a short end C and a long end D. The short end C projects beyond the index finger, and the end of the pen &c. rests thereon, while the long end D, which rests on the paper, projects under the fingers to about two inches beyond the little finger. In a modification, a band fits over the finger and has a piece of wire fixed to it.
