The pin 8 screws into the bow 7 so as to secure it to the hat or to the coat. The pinching-screw 8 is hollow, the upper part 10<a> of the passage 10 being enlarged so as to receive the knot of the cord. The upper part of the pinching- screw is provided with a plate 12, and the upper limb of the bow has a hole 13 to facilitate threading the cord.
