Abstract
9903. Gold, N. April 29. Parcel-carriers.-A parcel-carrier consists of a cardboard &c. tube d, Fig. 1, to which is gummed a sheet b, Fig. 4, of paper bearing advertisements. The sheet b is wound on the tuba d, and is retained in its rolled condition by a paper tube a also bearing advertisements. The perforations c allow the sheet b to be readily detached after the tube a has been torn away. The carrier may be provided with hooks f for supporting the parcel.
