Abstract
13,752. Jenkins, F. C. July 4. Fastenings, bent metal tongue, for papers. The fastener consists of a soft-metal disk a having a cut-away central portion b of D-shape provided with the serrated tongue c, and being stiffened peripherally by embossing. The disk is passed over the corners of the papers to be fastened, as shown in Fig. 3, and is then bent over about its diameter to cause the papers to be gripped by the tongue c.
