Straps and bands; combination undergarments; drawers and pants; dresses, habits, and petticoats; garters; knickerb ockers.- Relates to bands which may be used as waistbands for dresses, petticoats, drawers, pyjamas, and other garments, or as garters, or for encircling the lower ends of knickerbockers. The invention consists in making the band of a double thickness of elastic fabric, and it may be in the form of a ring, Fig. 1, formed of a double layer of stockinette. When the band is not of ring shape, the ends are provided with fastenings.
