It consists of two bars a, a<1> with cut-away parts on their opposed faces, the two bars being connected by a yoke b, the arms of which are hinged together at b<1>, and can be moved together or apart by means of a sliding collar b<2>. The garment is gripped between the bars a, a<1>. The appliance is provided with a hook c for hanging it up.
