The plate c<2> has a projecting pin c<1>, which can be made to engage with one of a number of holes in a circle about the pin b, so as t o adjust the angle at which the fin is set ; or a bentover edge m a y engage with one of a number of radial slots for the same purpose. The adjustable fins may be fitted to flights for natural baits. The shanks of the hook triangles pass through slots a<0> in the body of the bait, in which they are retained, until a fish is hooked, by a ring d.
