The pendulums M are pivoted at A to a sleeve on the rotary shaft, and each pendulum is then continued at right-angles, terminating in rollers B running in the plane surface of a bracket on the shaft. The ends of the fixed pivots of the rollers rest against lugs formed on the bracket.
