Abstract

186,342. Perry, J. M. Sept. 21, 1921, [Convention date]. Rotary apparatus.-A display rack for mer chandise &e. comprises a motor located in a housing 2 and having a stem 4 projecting therefrom, adapted to receive detachably a standard 6 provided with a head consisting of two plates 8, 14, fixed together and to the standard, each plate having a movable plate 11, 16 respectively, cooperating therewith to form four clamps A, disposed at right angles to each other and adapted to hold horizontal rods 20 tangentially to the circle for rotation of the clamps, each rod being provided with a T.connection 21 to hold a vertical rod 23, one or more of these rods 23 each having a similar connection 24 to hold an additional horizontal rod 25 which may be similarly adapted to receive a vertical rod 27. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) refers to a modification in which the stem 4 receives the downward extending spindle of a horizontal platform. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
