Reinforced-concrete floors.-A metal reinforcement for platforms, foundations, &c. comprises thin arcuately-bent rods b forming the transverse reinforcement and longitudinal rods a passing through the bends. The longitudinals may be secured to the bends by wire e, and may rest in, or be supported by, crutches d in the bends. Additional transverse bars c may be employed.
