Abstract

Trouser presses.-In a trouser press the two boards a, b are connected by a spring- controlled hinge comprising two pins 1, 3 of which the pin 1 has a head 2, whilst the pin 3 is fitted in a sleeve d and surrounded by a spring e confined between washers f<1>, f<2>. A board g having bevelled edges j and controlled by springs i is arranged in a recess h in the board b to accommodate the cuff portion of the trousers. Cross boards l, m cover the hinge and the cuff board.
