Abstract

175,705. Shepherd, W. July 29, 1921. Overcoats; skirt parts.-In an overcoat of the kind in which shaped flaps are attached to the interior and adapted, when extended, to form leggings and when not required, to be folded up and secured within the coat, protecting-covers C are provided to overlie the flaps B when in their folded position. The covers are permanently secured at their upper ends to the inside of the coat and fastened thereto at the lower ends by studs E, F, adapted, when the corners of the coat are folded inwards, as shown in Fig. 3, to be clasped, and so render the coat more weatherproof.
