Abstract

173,308. Turpin, E. B. Sept. 25, 1920. Presses, mechanical.-A cheese mould and press comprises a container 1 to which a detachable yoke 2 is secured by lugs, and carries a screw 3 working in a nut within the casing 8, a spring being interposed between the nut and the top of the casing, and an index 13 carried by the nut to indicate the pressure. Specification 2175/71 is referred to.
