Wire and ribbon resistances, embedded.-Instead of connecting the enclosing plates B, C of plate grid resistances of the rigid type described in Specification 173,291 by rivets or bolts, they are secured together at the edges by metal channels V. The edges of the plates are bent outwards slightly as shown to ensure a firm grip.
