Moving and changing apparatus. - An advertising device comprises a picture 1 behind which is located a receptacle 3 to contain sand which trickles through a nozzle 5 and over a ledge 6 to fall, in a manner simulating flowing water, into a basin 2 and thence into a receptacle 8. The nozzle 5 may consist of sheet metal 4 provided with backwardly-bent tongues.
