Abstract

Holders for menthol.-A menthol cone is made with a holder B to which is secured a piece of felt or wire-gauze or similar material A which is dipped into a mould containing liquid menthol. The liquid menthol percolates through the material A and, on solidifying, the menthol is securely attached to the holder B and the material A does not come into contact with the face &c. The material A may be secured to a small raised platform on the holder B or in a countersunk hole therein. The holder B may be externally screw-threaded to re-- ceive a covering-cap.
