Abstract

162,131. Williams, R. Feb. 20, 1920. Meat safes.-A meat safe consists of framed perforated slates which are hinged together to form the sides and which may be folded into two portions for transport &c. Fig. 1 shows three framed slates comprising one portion which co-operates with a similar portion to form a complete safe, the portions being mutually secured by screws at a. The bottom is provided with four wooden knob-legs, screwed to the slate-frame, and in large safes a slate shelf is fitted.
