Abstract

161,437. Crosland, W. April 8, 1920. Trouser presses. - A trouser press consists of two similarly-shaped pieces of flat material a, f, the former having along one edge an upstanding flange b, turned inwardly at c, and the latter a vertical flange, adapted to be inserted within the flange c. On the opposite edges the plates are provided with vertical flanges d, h, the upper ends of which are beaded at e, j, so that when the flange g is inserted in the flange c and the plates pressed together, the inner flange h is secured, springwise, within the outer flange d.
