Shirt cuffs are provided with a central vertical flap A located, in the case of a double cuff, on the inside of the sleeve as shown, and, in the case of a single cuff, on the outside of the sleeve. The flap is adapted to be turned to cover the two halves of the cuff in turn, to expose clean surfaces to wear.
