Abstract

160,104. Mendelsohn, S. C. June 8, 1920. Mats.-A mat-holder, particularly for the step mate of motor-cars, consists of a tray-like structure with three sides bent upwards and inwards, while preferably only a part 5 of the fourth side is bent up, leaving two spaces 7 near the corners. The withdrawal and insertion of the mat is accomplished by arching it over the upturned part 5, as shown in Fig. III. The mat has no pile at the edges 9.
