Abstract

This copper pipe is provided for heating engineering; it is made to meet undemanding requirements and can be produced at a particularly reasonable price. Without covering, the pipe (1) has a maximum wall thickness of 0.9 mm, with an outside diameter of 6 to 22 mm. The plastic cover (2) has inwardly protruding ribs (4), supported on the surface of the copper pipe, running in the longitudinal direction. These ribs (4) taper in the direction of the copper pipe (1) and form channels (5) between them. The outside surface of the plastic cover (2) is provided with markings (3), which indicate that the pipe is intended for heating engineering. <IMAGE>
