Abstract

1535186 Scaffold clamps PRESS COMPONENTS CO Ltd 5 April 1976 [17 May 1975] 21077/75 Heading E2B The body of a scaffold clamp is made from a plate 11 in which four slits 12, 13, 14 and 15 are cut to extend inwardly from the periphery. The metal between the slits is then folded to give projecting wings, as shown in Fig. 2, which support pivots for the covers 20, 21 and the bolts 22, 23. Pimples 24 are formed on the opposite side of the metal to that in which the wings project and provide locating points for the scaffold tubes.
