1534254 Loose-leaf binders ETABS NICOLLET & CIE 3 June 1977 [18 June 1976] 23615/77 Heading B6E A loose-leaf binding mechanism comprising a pair of rings 4, 5; 6, 7, supported pivotally by articulated cranked rods 8, 10, Fig. 4, is provided with a locking mechanism which includes a plastics bolt 14 mounted slidably in a slot 21 of the cavity 1 and provided with a stepped wedge 18, Fig. 5, which in the closed position of of the rings is slid to overlie the rings and abut the inner wall of the casing thereby preventing the rings from moving into their open position.
