1532570 Sheet-ordering apparatus RANK XEROX Ltd 10 Nov 1976 [12 Nov 1975] 46817/76 Heading B8R Documents are removed manually one from the top of each of a plurality of piles in compartments 81 of a tray 80 and placed one in each of a plurality of compartments 112 on an exposure platen 11, the documents being held on the platen by gripper arms 30, and after copying the documents are held on the grippers by suction, conveyed by the grippers, one gripper for each document, to a position over compartments 94 of a tray 90, and dropped by releasing the suction.
