Abstract

A packaging container (10) for receiving folding box blanks (11) has side walls (13) and a bottom part. A movable securing band (24) extends from a channel in the bottom part around and over the folding box blanks (11) in the packaging container (10). The ends of the securing band (24) abut one another above the folding box blanks (11) so that this is visible when the packaging container is opened. A rail (26) is positioned between the underside of the securing band (24) and the surface of the folding box blanks (11) and is held together with the securing band (24) by displaceable sleeves (27). A sealing adhesive tape (20) holds the ends of the securing band (24) together. <IMAGE>
