1529311 Food coating machine SAM STEIN ASSOCIATES INC 8 Oct 1975 [27 Jan 1975] 41134/75 Addition to 1443623 Heading A2A A machine for coating a food product with a finely divided particulate coating material is combined with a liquid-coating machine, said machine for coating a food product comprising means providing a moving belt, means providing a flow of said coating material on top of said moving belt, which provides a product path centrally thereof, means placing a food product on said product path, said moving belt advancing the product and said coating material down said path, in use, means removing excess of said coating material from said product and returning it for re-use, and means for discharging said coated product at the end of said product path, the liquid-coating machine having a liquid reservoir -and an endles conveyor for moving a food product through said reservoir, said endless conveyor having a product discharge point substantially at the level of said product path provided by said moving belt.
