Abstract

1529105 Cyanoacrylate compositions LOCTITE CORP 24 March 1976 [14 April 1975] 11821/76 Heading C2C [Also in Division C3] An adhesive composition comprises (1) an ester of α-cyanoacrylic acid, e.g. having the formula R being a C 1-16 alkyl, alkenyl, cyclohexyl or phenyl group, (2) from 20 to 60% by weight of a plasticiser which is miscible with the ester, and (3) 0À015 to 0À15% by weight of a carboxylic acid which is soluble in the ester.
