1526900 Rotary electrical couplings BROWN BOVERI & CIE AG 11 Aug 1977 33808/77 Heading H2E [Also in Division H1] A rotary isolating switch has a rotary head mounted on a post insulator and consisting of top and bottom parts 2 and 3 accommodating a swivel-joint contact connection comprising contact studs 7 interconnected by a series of concentrically arranged spring-loaded contact bridges 8. Preferably the latter are formed as segments, the inward contact faces being concave so that only the edges bear against the contact studs (Fig. 2, not shown).
