Abstract

1525765 Injectable aspirin LABORATOIRES UP SA 11 Aug 1976 [11 Aug 1975] 33481/76 Heading A5B An injectable solution is prepared by mixing, at the time of use, 20-100 parts by weight of solid acetyl salicylic acid, with a mixture of 105-150 parts arginine and/or lysine, 10-100 parts of at least one amino acid having two acid groups and a pK a greater than acetyl salicylic acid, and 1000 parts water. The mixture may also contain histidine, and 10-300 parts of a sugar and/or glycine may be added at the time of use.
