Abstract
152,574. West, W. H. R. March 11, 1920. Springs and stiffeners.-A shape-retainer for soft hats comprise two flat sides c and a rounded or V-shaped portion a. The flat sides may be extended downwardly to a position underneath the band. The device is tapered or wedge shaped to conform to the narrowing of the crown towards the front end. Holes e are provided for securing purposes.
