1524834 Rotary mower MITSUBOSHI ENG CO Ltd 20 Aug 1975 [25 July 1975] 34543/75 Heading A1F A rotary mower has cutting elements 9 pivoted at 11 on a disc 5, each cutting element 9 comprising a portion 13 tapering in plan view, Fig. 3 (not shown), and of parallelogram shape in transverse cross-section, opposed sides of the tapered portion 13 being bevelled at 15 to form cutting edges. The disc 5 is rotatably driven from an engine (not shown) via a gear-box I and a shaft housed in a handle 3.
