Abstract

1523825 Partially desialylated human chorionic ganatotrophin SERONO LABORATORIES INC 17 Feb 1976 [17 Feb 1975] 06259/76 Heading A5B Pharmaceutical compositions for inducing ovulation and treating infertility in female animals comprise partially desialylated human chorionic gonadotrophin and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The gonadotrophin is preferably desialylated to 15-35% (i.e. 15-35% of the total N-acetylneuraminic acid residues have been removed). The compositions are suitably in injectable form.
