Abstract

1520481 Reciprocating conveyers HALL AUTOMATION Ltd 28 May 1976 [3 June 1975] 23980/75 Headings B8A and B8C Articles, e.g. pipettes P, are fed to one side la of a platform 1 provided with article-receiving grooves 2, and are transferred across the platform to form a group of articles by means of a grooved walking beam 4. The group of articles is then pushed by a pusher 8 into a carton 3 carried by a platform 20a or 20b which is lowered after receiving each group of articles. The platforms 20a, 20b are reciprocable to enable either to be aligned with the platform 1.
