Abstract

1519222 Eyelashes EYLURE Ltd 21 April 1976 [15 May 1975] 20640/75 Addition to 1439404 Heading A4V An eyelash set 5 comprising a plurality of lashes (6) held together by a base strand (7) has a convex side in contact with and secured upon a base 2 by adhesive so that the base strand of the eyelash set is left free. As shown, a presentation pack 1 comprises a base 2 over which is a hinged transparent cover 3, the base 2 having four holes 15 behind which is an adhesive strip 4 so that two eyelash sets 5 engage with the adhesive on the strip through the holes and are held to the base. The base strand (7) may be pre-coated with adhesive for securing the set to the eye. In an embodiment Fig. 3 (not shown) without the holes 15, the eyelash sets are held to the base by an intermediate double-sided adhesive strip (14).
