Abstract
1517443 Overcurrent protection GRUNDIG EMV 2 July 1976 [4 July 1975] 27734/76 Heading H2K An overcurrent protection circuit comprises a normally-on pnp transistor 11 and currentsensing resistor 10 in series in the current path, and a normally-off transistor 12 which is switched on when the voltage across the resistor 10 becomes excessive, thereby switching off transistor 11 to interrupt the current. The circuit can only be reset by removing the voltage supply U Sp . (For Figure see next column.)
