1514651 2,4<SP>1</SP> - Bispyridylamine derivative IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 21 April 1977 [19 May 1976] 20674/76 Heading C2C [Also in Division C3] Novel 2,6 - difluoro - 3,5 - dichloro - 3<SP>1</SP>,5<SP>1</SP>- dinitro - 6<SP>1</SP> - methyl - 4,2<SP>1 </SP>- bispyridylamine is prepared by reacting 2-amino-6-methylpyridine with 2,4,6 - trifluoro - 3,5 - dichloropyridine and nitrating the intermediate product formed, i.e. 2,6 - difluoro - 3,5 - dichloro - 6<SP>1</SP>- methyl- 4,2<SP>1</SP>-bispyridylamine.
