Abstract

1509131 Spray-producers A MONFORTS 2 Jan 1976 [23 Jan 1975] 00045/76 Heading B2F A device for gas treatment of articles or material on a conveyor 3, comprises a tapered pipe 2, to be provided with gas in the direction of an arrow 1, the lower plane wall 5 of the pipe being provided with holes 4, and baffles 6 at the upstream edges of the holes, for directing gas out through the holes 4 perpendicular to the wall 5 onto conveyor 3. The holes 4 and baffles 6 may be produced simultaneously by stamping and shaping. The holes are rectangular and the baffles may be formed perpendicular to the wall 5 or in a curved shape.
