1508658 Double pass mono-chromator VARIAN ASSOCIATES Inc 19 March 1975 [22 March 1974] 11408/75 Heading G2J Mono-chromator having four curved slits, the first two lying as a common Ebert circle, the second two lying on a further common Ebert circle (which may be coincident with the first) and arranged between the pairs of slits, a diffraction means.
