1508596 Shower basins GARDEX Ltd 19 May 1975 [26 June 1974 14 Aug 1974 5 Sept 1974] 16303/77 Divided out of 1508594 Heading A4N A shower base is provided with a body 10 in the form of a shell having an upper surface shaped to define a bowl for receiving water and directing it towards an outlet and downwardly directed side walls 11 forming a plinth, a moulded-in framed plastics filling 22 providing rigidity for the walls and support for the bowl, and a pair of generally triangular retainer members 26 secured to the floor by screws 27 &c. and/or adhesive, said members engaging in recesses 25 beneath the base to prevent movement thereof. The filling is additionally recessed at 23, 24 to accommodate waste pipes &c.
