Abstract

1507839 Portable stoves; burners; gas discharge devices DUDLEY HILL ENG CO Ltd [trading as LYTHAM LEISURE PRODUCTS] 17 Oct 1975 [22 Oct 1974] 41743/75 Headings F4W F4T and F4P The subject-matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specification 1,507,838, but the claims are concerned with a valve apparatus for association with a frame 16 adapted to embrace a liquefied gas canister 12, the apparatus comprising a valve 13 having a piercing tube 21 for piercing the canister, and a valve 14 separable from the valve 13 and including a manually operable valve member 26, the valve 13 being selfclosing upon separation of the valve 14 therefrom. A spring pawl 13a carried by the valve 13 co-operates with projections 16a carried by the frame 16 to prevent unwanted unscrewing of the valve 13 from the frame 16.
