Abstract

A process for the preparation of rigid polyurethane foams which are used as a cladding for sensitive electrical and electronic components and are deposit-free, for example, up to 125 DEG C, by the polyaddition of polyhydroxyl compounds with polyisocyanates with addition of blowing agents and catalysts, where the catalyst added is 2,4,6-tris(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)phenol.
