1501100 Testing printed circuit boards FERRANTI Ltd 17 Oct 1975 [23 Oct 1974] 46886/74 Heading G1U A method of testing a printed circuit board including a number of integrated circuits interconnected by conductive tracks comprises, applying a constant current insufficient to damage any integrated circuit to a selected point on one of the conductive tracks inter-connecting, through a common point, a suspect group of integrated circuits and measuring voltage drops along the tracks from the selected position. To confirm a fault in a particular integrated circuit, the selected position may be changed.
