Abstract

1498821 Infectious canine hepatitis vaccines WELLCOME FOUNDATION Ltd 24 Oct 1975 [25 Oct 1974] 46166/74 Heading ASB A method of attenuating and inactivating a virulent infectious canine hepatitis strain comprises serially passaging the virus in pig kidney cell cultures at least 59 times and adjusting the pH of a suspension of the virus so passaged to at least 10.5. The product may be used to prepare a vaccine which may optionally also contain a leptospiral vaccine.
