1494958 Connecting plates of an alkaline storage battery CHLORIDE GROUP Ltd 22 Oct 1976 [31 Oct 1975] 45358/75 Heading H1B Perforated, metal, tubular pockets 10 of an alkaline storage battery are connected at their ends by vertically extending, channel section bus-bars 11, and additional connections are provided by (a) making the channel of M-section (Fig. 2, not shown), (b) incorporating a rod in the channel (Fig. 3, not shown); (c) using additional conductors at a point between the ends of the pockets (Fig. 6, not shown) and (d) making the pockets in two separate lengths joined by channel sections (Fig. 5, not shown).
